In many of franchise in the world, Chatime, a bubble tea franchise from Taiwan, rapidly develops their outlet in the world. Chatime is very popular among the teenagers. To have a survey the cause that the success of Chatime, I chose the outlet of Chatime that located in Festival City Mall in Jalan Genting Kelang. The reason that I choose this outlet because Festival City Mall is a new shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, which means the outlet of Chatime in Festival City Mall is new too. In the year of 2008, the third generation tea shop named “Chatime” were released and emphasized the concept of healthy and exquisite Japanese style tea unlike other brands rigid and inflexible in Malaysia, the purple decoration of the tea shops looks bright no matter day or night time. With the special taste created by them, Chatime became popular in very short time. The outlet of Chatime develops rapidly in recent years in whole world which including Taiwan, China, Macao, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, US, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Canada, UK-London and also Malaysia. Chatime Malaysia also won Entrepreneurs Awards 2011.
